Our Fitcamp for Women is designed specifically for women.  We focus on exercises that will increase your strength, cardio, core, pelvic floor and range of motion.  Two different levels are being offered to challenge YOUR body and YOUR current fitness level.

 

Our Dynamic Dual FitCamp is a bootcamp style class that is both educational and challenging.  Each class is unique and designed to keep you moving and motivated from the beginning to the end.

** Small Class Sizes

** Assessment at the beginning and end of each session (body composition and a basic fitness assessment)

**You will learn a variety of nutrition and wellness topics that will inspire and encourage you on this journey to a better you.

**A private Facebook group is set up to keep you accountable during the course.

** Weekly health and wellness challenges to help you achieve your personal goals.

** Weekly workouts taught by a Certified Exercise Physiologist

** Home workout plan is designed to keep you moving on the days you are not in Fitcamp

** Sample nutrition plan designed to educate you on how to eat more nutrition dense foods without elimiating food groups or drinking expensive meal replacements

 

Classes are instructed by a certified and qualified fitness professional that has a University degree and is certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology or equivalent.

The countdown is on until the baby arrives and the excitement and tension are building. Our prenatal fitness classes focus on strength training, light cardiovascular , core stabilization, pelvic floor exercises and relaxation breathing to help you mentally and physically prepare yourself for labour and post-baby. The classes are taught by certified and qualified trainers who have their University degree, are Certified Exercise Physiologists and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialists.

Pregnancy education will occur during each class. Topics such as nutrition, sleep, hormone changes, and proper exercises for pregnancy will be discussed! These classes are educational and a great way to meet other mamas to be!!

 

** Modifications are given for each exercise based on the participant’s fitness and comfort level **

**Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class**

This INDOOR class focuses on specific postnatal strength, pelvic floor, core and flexibility exercises.  You will leave each class feeling so refreshed that you won’t want to miss a class! Remember … a healthy, fit and happy mom is a happy family!

All fitness levels are welcome!

This FREE prenatal class is for moms – to – be who are 35 + weeks pregnant, who may not want to participant in an exercise class, but want to keep active until baby comes.  Join us for this relaxing prenatal class that focuses on stretching, breathing and relaxing.
