Fitcamp for Women is designed specifically for women as we focus on our different dimensions of wellness, including functional exercises that will improve your strength, cardio and core/ pelvic floor.
Different levels of intensity will be offered to challenge YOUR body and YOUR current fitness level. This program is designed for ALL women, postpartum included!
Classes are instructed by a certified and qualified fitness professional that has a University degree and is certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology or equivalent.
