Alright … the labour part is over, your baby is sleeping …or not, and it’s time to get out of the house and start exercising! Don’t worry about needing to keeping up with the rest of the class, or worrying about “what if my baby needs to eat during class”. This class is designed to make moms feel welcome and at ease!
This INDOOR class focuses on specific postnatal strength, pelvic floor, core and flexibility exercises. You will leave each class feeling so refreshed that you won’t want to miss a class! Remember … a healthy, fit and happy mom is a happy family!
All fitness levels are welcome!
**Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to each class**
YOU CAN WORKOUT AND BRING YOUR BABY WITH YOU! NO NEED TO PUT YOUR CHILD IN DAYCARE WHILE YOU WORKOUT!! yesssssssss
Babies are more than welcome to come to class. You can either keep them in their bucket seats, or lay them on the floor so they can stretch out while you work out!
NEW TO MY CLASSES!!! As part of REGISTERING for the class …. you will receive a FREE workout program to do at home for the days you don’t attend class!
