A pregnant lady was asked to leave a hot yoga class by the yoga instructor to due to safety concerns with the heat and pregnancy.

There is not enough research to show whether or not hot yoga is safe during pregnancy.  If this is the case, why take any risks for your developing baby? Enjoy a more traditional yoga class to help you focus on your breath and help you stretch out the muscles in your back, hips and pelvis.
